About This Role
Fuji Dream Airlines (株式会社フジドリームエアラインズ) is recruiting experienced First Officer candidates (【他社経験者】副操縦士候補) for its domestic scheduled and charter flight operations. The role is permanent full-time employment (正社員) in the Flight Crew Department (運航乗員部), with the Nagoya head office in Toyoyama, Aichi and duty bases at Nagoya and Shizuoka on shift rosters (名古屋ベース、静岡ベース / シフト勤務). Applicants must already hold first officer experience on jet aircraft at another scheduled airline operator; compensation is set under company regulations taking previous experience into account. Selection is by document screening, aptitude test, web interview and executive interview, and the posting lists around 120 annual days off, commuting and housing allowances, full social insurance, retirement benefits and an optional defined-contribution pension.
