About This Role
Norwegian is seeking experienced non-type-rated First Officers to join their fleet as a leading Nordic low-cost carrier. Based primarily in Scandinavia with operations across Europe, Norwegian operates Boeing 737 aircraft on short-haul routes connecting the Nordics with major European cities. Candidates must hold an EASA ATPL or CPL with ATPL theory, minimum 1500 total flight hours (800 for military), with 500 hours on multi-crew multi-engine aircraft, valid IR, and ELP level 5+. Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate B737NG aircraft on scheduled short-haul routes across Europe
- Conduct pre-flight inspections and crew briefings
- Comply with safety procedures and crew resource management
- Complete required flight documentation and reports
- Participate in simulator training sessions (Pilot Flying and Pilot Monitoring roles)

Requirements
- EASA ATPL license or CPL with ATPL theory
- Valid EASA Medical Class 1
- AUPRT & MCC (unless previous multi-pilot type rating held)
- Valid multi-engine IR at time of application (expired up to 12 months acceptable)
- Minimum 1500 hours total flight time (800 hours for military backgrounds)
- 500 hours on multi-crew and multi-engine aircraft
- ELP level 5 or higher
- Clean criminal record and pass 5-year security check
- Legal right to live and work in EU/EEC region
- Unrestricted passport
- Minimum height 157 cm (5'2")
- All licenses and medical certificates must be valid and current
- Pilot license preferably issued by Denmark, Sweden, or Norway (non-Scandinavian EASA licenses must be converted within 12 months)
