About This Role
SAS Crew Services Ltd. (an SAS Group company) is recruiting Captains to operate the SAS Connect A320 Neo fleet from a base at London Heathrow (LHR). The airline is entering a period of growth, including its largest-ever summer programme in 2026 with new routes and destinations across Europe. The modern A320 Neo narrowbody fleet supports a diverse route network, giving pilots varied flying that ranges from challenging Nordic winter operations to some of the world's busiest airspaces. The role is offered on a full-time contract that emphasises work/life balance, with part-time contracts also available.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate as Captain on SAS Connect's A320 Neo narrowbody fleet, flying a diverse European route network from the London Heathrow base — from Nordic winter operations to high-density airspace.
- Command scheduled passenger services on a fixed 5-on/4-off working pattern, with career progression available into training roles such as TRE, TRO and LTC.

Requirements
- Applicants must hold an EASA ATPL licence and an EASA Class One medical, with ICAO Level 5 English Language Proficiency and no incidents or accidents on record. A minimum of 4,000+ hours total time is required, including at least 1,000+ hours as Pilot-in-Command on CS-25 aircraft with a maximum take-off weight above 30.0 tonnes. A valid A320 type rating is preferable but not mandatory. The right to live and work in the UK is preferred
