About This Role
Buzz, part of the Ryanair Group, is recruiting experienced B737 First Officers for rapid progression to Captain. This is not a cadet role but targets highly motivated pilots with significant multi-crew experience seeking Europe's largest airline group. Candidates require minimum 700 total hours with 500 hours as First Officer on commercial multi-engine aircraft, plus CPL(A) with valid MEIR and passed ATPL theory exams. Requirements
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU
- Date of birth not over 65 years old
- Valid EASA Part FCL license holder
- Valid EU (Part-MED) issued Class 1 medical certificate
- Minimum 700 hours total flying time
- Minimum 500 hours as First Officer on multi-crew, multi-engine commercial air transport aircraft (Flight Instructor hours excluded)
- CPL(A) with valid multi-engine instrument rating (MEIR)
- MEIR expiry date cannot exceed 12 months from course commencement
- MEIR must be valid on date of assessment
- Passed ATPL(A) theoretical knowledge examinations per FCL.515
- English Language Proficiency minimum ICAO Operational Level 4 (including written proficiency)
- Ability to pass enhanced background check
- Meet all regulatory requirements
- B737 type rating training required (non-type rated position)
