About This Role
Bombardier is hiring a Customer Liaison Pilot in Dorval for its Global aircraft series. The role links customers with internal technical teams, supports production flight test and demo operations, advises on operational standards and documentation, and provides pilot support for internal and customer missions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for operators on operational and pilot-related technical queries for the Global series.
- Be the company Operational Focal for the Global series aircraft.
- Define and promote Bombardier Operational Standards.
- Provide direct customer support and operational expertise to internal departments.
- Provide pilot support for internal operational flights and customer missions.
- Participate in operational evaluations, safety and customer-satisfaction projects and Global Series Advisory Committee meetings.
Requirements
- You hold FAA and Transport Canada ATP licenses, with a minimum of 2,500 hours of multi-crew flight time. You possess a valid Class 1 Medical certificate. You have flight experience on any of the Global platform aircraft. You have experience in international operations and modern, high-technology cockpit environments (preferred). You have prior experience as a pilot in a corporate or airline setting. You have served as a Training Captain or Examiner (preferred). You hold a bachelor’s degree (preferred). You demonstrate strong English communication skills
- French is an asset. You hold a valid passport.
