Northern Jet, a leading private aviation company with 31+ years of experience and an ARGUS Platinum safety rating, is seeking experienced Second-in-Command (SIC) pilots for their Challenger 600 Series and 300/350 aircraft. This role offers the opportunity to fly a diverse mix of Part 91 and Part 135 missions while operating premium super-midsize and large-cabin business jets. Candidates require a minimum of 1,500 total flight hours with 500+ hours of jet time and a valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot license. The position is based east of Texas with a 8-on/6-off roster, offering a competitive compensation package of $85,000-$105,000+ annually in the first year, plus daily and annual pay incentives. Pilots will gain valuable experience flying approximately 450+ hours annually while working alongside experienced crews in a collaborative, safety-focused culture with a 99% client retention rate.
Requirements
- Minimum 1,500 total flight hours
- Minimum 500 hours jet time
- Valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATPL) license
- Current First Class Medical Certificate
- No accidents, incidents, or warnings within the past five years
- Thorough knowledge of corporate aviation and international procedures (Canada, Mexico, Caribbean operations)
- Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills
- Impeccable professional appearance
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
