About This Role
SkyShare seeks an experienced First Officer with a minimum of 2,000 total hours to support a managed Challenger 350 based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Working directly with the owner, the pilot will support safe, compliant and efficient flight operations while delivering exceptional client service. SkyShare describes itself as a fast-growing private aviation company offering fractional aircraft ownership, private aircraft charters and managed aircraft services, with operational bases in Ogden and Salt Lake City, FBO/Fuel services at Gnoss Field Airport in Novato, California, a fleet ranging from Pilatus PC-12 turboprops to long-range Gulfstream GV jets, and over 6,000 legs flown annually. Duties & Responsibilities
- The First Officer will support a managed Challenger 350 and work directly with the owner to ensure each trip is safe, efficient, compliant and delivered with exceptional service. Duties include ensuring strict compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, checklists and best practices
- performing flight duties for up to 14 hours per day during trips of as many as 8 consecutive days while crossing multiple time zones and navigating drastically different weather conditions
- maintaining a safety-first mindset and adapting quickly to changing environments and demands
- communicating clearly in oral, written and interpersonal interactions
- making sound decisions and solving problems with high accountability
- managing sleep to remain ready for flight duty
- providing a strong customer-focused approach with professional presentation and excellent first-impression skills
- occasionally moving objects up to 80 pounds
- handling and caring for animals before, during and after flights
- and maintaining a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.

Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Minimum 2,000 hours total flight time, including:
- 300 hours multi-engine
- 200 hours turbine
- 200 hours jet
- 200 hours instrument
- FAA Commercial or Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with appropriate category and class
- Valid FAA 1st Class Medical Certificate
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
- FAA Instrument Rating
- Valid U.S. passport and driver’s license
- Current IFR knowledge and experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

The owner-driven schedule is fluid and requires availability for days, nights, weekdays, weekends, holidays and overnight trips, including several days and nights away from home in hotels. Candidates should reside within approximately a 2-hour drive of Salt Lake City International Airport or be willing to relocate within 2 months.
