About This Role
Silver Air Private Jets is hiring an experienced First Officer to join a three-person crew flying a Challenger 350 on a long-standing legacy account for a private owner who built their career in the manufacturing sector. The First Officer shares responsibility for the safe operation of the aircraft, ensuring every flight is conducted safely and prudently in accordance with Silver Air's policies and procedures and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations. The company describes a 24/7, on-call operation focused on meeting the travel needs of its clients and is seeking a detail-oriented team player committed to professionalism and excellence.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Review the maintenance status of the aircraft to confirm airworthiness
- conduct a proper pre-flight inspection in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual
- check weather and facilities along the planned route and at the departure, destination, and alternate airports
- ensure each flight is operated in line with Silver Air's policies and procedures and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations
- safeguard the safety of all passengers, aircraft, and crew
- and accurately complete all trip paperwork in accordance with Silver Air procedures.

Requirements
- 1,500 hours total time in all aircraft
- 1,000 hours multi-engine time
- and a valid First Class Medical Certificate
Preferred Qualifications
- 500 hours total turbine time and previous Part 135 experience (preferred but not required). Candidates must also be able to obtain and maintain CANPASS authorization for unrestricted travel to and from Canada as a commercial pilot. Strong customer service, communication (verbal and written), organizational, and time-management skills are expected, along with the ability to work on an on-call basis in a 24/7 operation that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, and to contribute as a team player who thrives in a changing, fast-paced environment.
