About This Role
VistaJet is seeking experienced Challenger 300/350/3500 Type Rating Instructors and Examiners to join their training team at Malta International Airport. As a pioneer in on-demand business aviation serving over 200 countries, VistaJet is expanding operations following recent Challenger 3500 aircraft orders. This role involves delivering type rating training, recurrent training, proficiency checks, and skill tests while ensuring pilot competence and operational excellence. Candidates must hold a valid EASA ATPL with CL30 type rating and current Type Rating Instructor certification. Requirements
- Valid EASA ATPL(A) license
- CL30 type rating
- Current Type Rating Instructor (TRI) certification on type
- Demonstrated ability to assess objectively and deliver high-quality debriefings
- Strong leadership, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with ability to operate to highest standards with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in dynamic, multinational environment
- Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken
