About This Role
DragonFly Executive Air Charter is seeking experienced Captains to join their expanding fleet based in Birmingham, UK. The company operates King Air 200 and Citation Bravo aircraft providing tailored charter flights across the UK and Europe for corporate and private clients. Candidates require a minimum of 2500 hours total flight time with a Frozen ATPL, IR, and ME rating; type ratings will be provided for suitable candidates. This position offers a competitive salary of £60,000-£75,000 annually plus tax-free flight duty payments, 23 days annual leave, and travel/accommodation when operating away from base. The 6 days on / 3 days off roster provides predictable work-life balance for pilots based in the floating Cardiff operation.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate King Air 200 and Citation Bravo aircraft on charter flights
- Deliver tailored charter flights across the UK and Europe
- Conduct operations for corporate and private clients
- Participate in professional flight operations as a key team member

Requirements
- Frozen ATPL license
- Instrument Rating (IR)
- Multi-engine (ME) rating

- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher
