About This Role
Royal Air Maroc, one of Africa's largest airlines operating 103+ destinations across Europe, North America, South America, Africa, and the Middle East, is recruiting B737NG/MAX Captains and First Officers for immediate placement beginning May/June 2026. This is a 5-year renewable contract based in Morocco offering competitive compensation with annual bonuses, overtime pay for hours exceeding 80 per month, and commuting flexibility with 7 days off monthly. Candidates require minimum 1,000 PIC hours on B737NG/MAX for Captain positions or 300 hours for First Officer roles, with valid type rating and Class 1 Medical Certificate. Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate B737NG/MAX aircraft on scheduled routes
- Conduct pre-flight inspections and crew briefings
- Ensure compliance with Royal Air Maroc flight operations procedures
- Manage crew resource management protocols

Requirements
- Valid ATPL license
- 1,000 hours PIC on B737NG/MAX (Captain)
- 300 hours on B737NG/MAX (First Officer)
- Valid B737NG/MAX type rating
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Date of last flight on type within past 12 months (preferred)
