About This Role
Precision Air, a scheduled regional airline based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, is hiring Captains on the ATR 72-500 and ATR 42-500/600 (5 positions). The Pilot in Command plans, supervises and operates company flights, upholding safety, operational discipline and Crew Resource Management across all flight operations. Minimum requirements: a valid ATPL with a current ATR 72-500 and ATR 42-500/600 type rating, 3,500 hours total time including 1,500 hours in command and 500 hours in command on type, and at least 2 years in commercial air transport. Requirements
- University graduate or equivalent diploma, or flight or cargo operations qualifications
- Valid ATPL with a current ATR 72-500 and ATR 42-500/600 type rating
- 3,500 hours total time, including 1,500 hours in command and 500 hours in command on type
- At least 2 years experience in commercial air transport
- License qualification and recency per GOM and TCARS requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience in the airline industry is an added advantage
- TCAA license is an added advantage
