About This Role
AXIS Aviation is seeking experienced and highly professional BD700 (Classic) First Officers for a full-time, permanent role in international business aviation. The position involves safe, compliant and customer-focused flight operations, close coordination with crew, ground staff, ATC and technical teams, and work within a rotational schedule of two months Home Reserve followed by one month OFF. Employment will be through the aircraft owner in Qatar, with the candidate's home base required to be within seven hours' flying time of Doha.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The First Officer will conduct safe, efficient and compliant international flight operations
- ensure full adherence to all applicable national and international aviation regulations
- perform thorough flight planning, pre-flight and post-flight inspections, and precise documentation
- deliver an outstanding passenger experience through professional and discreet customer service
- cooperate closely with fellow crew members, ground staff and ATC to ensure seamless operations
- and monitor and support aircraft care and maintenance in coordination with the technical department.

Requirements
- Type-rated applicants are preferred, although non-type-rated applicants may be considered with the company covering part of the Global Initial training cost subject to a training bond. An EASA license is preferred. The role requires experience in international business aviation operations, in-depth knowledge of international aviation regulations and operational best practices, strong interpersonal skills, a calm and solution-oriented mindset, and the highest standards of professionalism, reliability and safety awareness. Candidates must be fluent in English, while additional language skills are an asset. The position follows a rotational schedule of two months Home Reserve followed by one month OFF
