About This Role
Ascend Airways, a newly established UK AOC holder operating Boeing 737s, is seeking B737 Type Rated First Officers for its base at London Gatwick. The role requires 500 hours on Boeing 737 aircraft and a willingness to maintain a home address within 90 minutes of Gatwick. The position offers opportunities for career advancement within a growing ACMI provider.
Requirements
- UK CAA ATPL(A) or (f)ATPL(A) with Boeing 737 type rating either current or expired by no more than two years
- Minimum 500 hours on Boeing 737 aircraft
- High performing and professional
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to maintain a home address within 90 minutes travelling time of London Gatwick
- Passion for the aviation industry
- Commitment to success and growth
- Flexible approach towards working and rostered hours
- UK / EASA Class 1 medical certificate, without restrictions (other than for spectacles/contact lenses)
- Age Limits – up to 65, in line with current legislation
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK
- The ability to demonstrate a high level of proficiency in English
