About This Role
B737 Low Hour Pilot (First Officer) at TUI fly Belgium, based at Brussels Airport (Zaventem). Low-hour / cadet entry on the B737 fleet flying a modern fleet to over 100 destinations. Permanent 80% employment contract with mentoring from experienced Captains and a defined career path (MPL > Second Officer > First Officer > Senior First Officer > Captain).
Duties & Responsibilities
- As a First Officer, you will have significant responsibilities and will receive active mentoring from experienced Captains to help you advance in your career.
- Operate across a diverse route network, collaborate closely with cabin and ground teams to ensure safe, smooth journeys, and create unforgettable travel experiences.
Requirements
- Unrestricted and valid EASA (frozen) ATPL license.
- Less than 500 flight hours in total.
- An MCC & AUPRT certificate.
- Valid ME/IR.
- Valid EASA Medical Class 1.
- Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency level 4.
- Valid EU, Swiss or EEA passport valid for at least 6 months from training start date.
- Legal right to live and work in Belgium without restrictions.
- Must pass aviation security background checks and meet all EU regulatory requirements for flight crew clearance.
- Able to report to Brussels Airport within 120 minutes when on standby duty.
