About This Role
ETF Airways is recruiting Cadets for a fully company-sponsored ATR 72-600 type-rating and structured training pathway, based in Zagreb (with Pula and Osijek as additional operational bases). Candidates need a frozen EASA ATPL, Class 1 medical, English Language Proficiency Level 4+, and fluent Croatian for the operational environment. Selected candidates enter a training commitment agreement with ETF Airways.

Requirements
- Required: Frozen Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) issued by an EASA Member state
- Required: Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Required: English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher
- Required: Fluent Croatian language proficiency required due to the operational environment and network served
