About This Role
KF Aerospace is hiring Captains for its YVR base as it transitions to a fleet of ATR 72-500 aircraft, with preference given to ATR 72 qualified Captains. The company owns and operates the ATR 72-500 fleet flying domestic air cargo, and this position supports the Purolator BC Feeder Service contract that has been extended until 2035. The programme operates Monday to Friday from YVR to YYJ, YVR to YKA and YXS, and YVR to YLW, returning to YVR each evening, with most weekends and statutory holidays off and a typical flying schedule of 12 to 14 days per month. A signing bonus is offered: $5,000 base, $10,000 for an AT72 valid PPC within the last 24 months and $20,000 for a valid AT72 PPC, paid 25 percent on completion of line indoctrination, 25 percent at the one-year anniversary and 50 percent at the two-year anniversary. - The typical flying schedule is 12 to 14 days per month with most weekends and statutory holidays off.

Requirements
- Applicants must hold a current Canadian Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) with Multi Engine and Group 1 Instrument Ratings and a minimum of 4,000 hours total time.
- Preference will be given to applicants having transport category turbine or turbojet experience.
- Candidates need a valid Canadian passport or Canadian work permit, must be able to obtain and retain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC), and must be able to travel and operate to the United States and any other country within the network.
- They must have no criminal convictions for which a pardon has not been granted and must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
