About This Role
Emirates is seeking experienced Airbus First Officers for their unique Accelerated Command program based in Dubai. This role offers an enhanced salary package with a fast-track pathway to Captain, requiring pilots to complete 700 stick hours and two Evidence Based Training modules before becoming eligible for command upgrade. Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate Airbus FBW aircraft on scheduled routes from the right-hand seat
- Complete minimum 700 stick hours as First Officer
- Successfully complete two Evidence Based Training (EBT) recurrent training modules
- Prepare for accelerated command upgrade through assessment and training processes
- Comply with all safety and operational procedures
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks and briefings

Requirements
- Valid ICAO ATPL license
- Minimum 5,000 hours total flight time (excluding P3, rotary, and single/multi-engine piston aircraft)
- Minimum 2,000 hours command time on Boeing/Airbus FBW types
- Minimum 1,000 hours on Airbus FBW aircraft
- Airbus FBW type flown within the past 3 years
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate with no limitations (except visual corrections)
- ICAO English Level 5 or above
- Type rating for currently flown aircraft
- Current Airbus FBW type rating required
- Eligible to live and work in UAE
