About This Role
CAE, a global aviation training leader, seeks A320 pilots with Flight Instructor (FI/IRI) qualifications to train future pilots in the MPL Basic Phase. This role offers career progression toward Synthetic Flight Instructor (SFI) or Type Rating Instructor (TRI) positions. Requires minimum 1500 hours multi-crew A320 experience and strong mentoring capabilities.
Requirements
- Valid FI(A) with IR(A) instructional privileges OR IRI(A) certification
- Minimum 1500 hours experience in multi-crew environment on A320
- Prior experience as copilot and/or flight instructor preferred
- Ability to deliver high-quality instruction to MPL cadets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong mentoring capabilities and passion for teaching
- Proactive approach to continuous learning and professional development
- Knowledge of ground and flight training standards and regulatory requirements
