Requirements
- Valid FI(A) with IR(A) instructional privileges OR IRI(A) certification
- Minimum 1500 hours experience in multi-crew environment on A320
- Prior experience as copilot and/or flight instructor preferred
- Ability to deliver high-quality instruction to MPL cadets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong mentoring capabilities and passion for teaching

- Knowledge of ground and flight training standards and regulatory requirements
