About This Role
Ventura Air Services, an established family-owned Part 135 operator, is adding another Citation XL to its fleet and has an immediate need for one XL SIC (Second in Command / First Officer). Compensation is $90,000 base. The role is home-based (crew can live anywhere within 2 hours of an airport in the lower 48), with schedule options of 8/6 and 15/13, company credit cards, per diem of $80 domestic / $95 international, and benefits including medical/dental/vision/life insurance, HSA/FSA, short/long term disability, 401K with company match, paid vacation, uniform allowance, and a company-issued iPad.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as Second in Command (SIC) on the Cessna Citation XL (Excel/XLS) for a Part 135 operator, flying both domestic and international operations.
Requirements
- Commercial Pilot Certificate
- ATP/CTP with ATP Written completed
- 1st Class Medical
- 2000 hours total flight time
- 500 hours PIC
- Must be able to travel internationally without restriction
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Initial/recurrent in type within previous 36 months
- International experience.
