Ryanair seeks a Theoretical Knowledge Instructor for their East Midlands Training Centre to deliver high-quality theory training to initial pilot trainees. Previous aviation instructional experience and B737 knowledge are advantageous. This is a non-flying ground-based training position with opportunities for career progression.
Requirements
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK (including Pre-Settled Status)
- Previous aviation instructional experience
- B737 experience (advantageous)
- Completed ATPL theory exams (advantageous)
- Strong analytical ability
- Ability to work in pressurised and fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- PC Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
