About This Role
Riyadh Air is seeking an experienced Technical Pilot to join their Boeing Management team for the B787 Dreamliner fleet. This is a specialized technical role requiring extensive command experience and supervisory expertise within large airline flight operations. The position involves liaison with Boeing, other airline operators, OEMs, and suppliers on technical fleet and operational matters. Candidates must have 10+ years commercial pilot experience, 5+ years command on Boeing aircraft, with 2+ years in supervisory/management roles and Check Airman or equivalent approvals. Full visa sponsorship is provided for qualified international candidates based in Riyadh.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact and liaison with Boeing, other airline operators, OEMs, and suppliers
- Represent Flight Operations on all Boeing technical issues
- Address new and ongoing fleet concerns
- Address operational technical matters
- Serve as key member of the flight operations team

Requirements
- Valid ATPL license
- TRE (Type Rating Examiner) approval or equivalent
- TRI (Type Rating Instructor) approval or equivalent
- B787 type rating required
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Minimum 10+ years experience as a commercial pilot
- Extensive flying experience on B787 family aircraft
- Minimum 5+ years command experience on Boeing aircraft
- Minimum 150 hours in command within the last 12 months
- Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory/management role within a large airline flight operations environment
- Current or previous Check Airman approval or equivalent
- Visa sponsorship provided
