About This Role
T3 is seeking a full-time Synthetic Flight Instructor for its Training department in Sharjah. The instructor will train cadets through approved operations and training manuals, conduct Airbus A320 simulator sessions, monitor trainee development, maintain accurate training records, and promote safe, professional, and continuously improving training standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide instruction to trainees in compliance with the operations and training manuals and within the limits of the instructor's specified qualification.
- Deliver cadet training in accordance with approved manuals, conduct flight simulation sessions with briefings and debriefings, monitor cadet progress, provide feedback, and recommend additional training when required.
- Maintain training records and reports while preserving confidentiality, ensure Airbus and Air Arabia procedures are implemented within training programs, stay current on aviation regulations, CRM, and human factors, maintain valid licenses and certifications, and promote safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Applicants must hold or have held an ATPL, MPL, or CPL with an Airbus A320 Type Rating.
- The role requires a minimum of 1,500 hours on Multi Pilot Aircraft, a proficiency check on an A320 full-flight simulator completed within the 12 months before application, and an ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or above, either currently held or previously held.
