About This Role
This full-time supervisory role leads the development, delivery, maintenance, and evaluation of Porter Airlines' Dash 8 cabin crew regulatory training programs in Toronto. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Regulatory Training & Standards, the supervisor ensures compliance with Transport Canada requirements, supports curriculum and multimedia-content design, evaluates training performance, and advances safety and continuous improvement. The position also coordinates training logistics and cabin crew onboarding, participates in Porter's Safety Management System, and operates as a crew member when required.
