Supervisor, In-Flight Service

Air Transat is seeking a permanent, full-time, non-unionized In-Flight Service Supervisor who reports to the Base Manager and supports cabin crew members across daily operations. The supervisor motivates, informs and coaches crew, conducts operational checks at gates and in flight for compliance with Canadian Aviation Regulations, workplace safety and company service standards, reviews crew reports and expense claims, and supports on-time performance and emergency or irregular operations. The role also covers cabin-crew development, attendance and medical-control monitoring, disciplinary and administrative case work, hiring, and employer representation on local committees.
