Sirio is recruiting a Challenger 605 Captain for a permanent position based at Treviso Airport, Italy, supporting a managed aircraft on client and charter operations. Duties & Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently execute assigned flight schedules in accordance with regulatory and manufacturer guidelines.
- Personally welcome passengers before departure, brief them on the trip, confirm itineraries, provide weather updates and explain changes.
- Act as the dedicated liaison between passengers and Sirio throughout the journey, from arrival at the departure FBO through safe departure from the final destination FBO.
- Provide premium in-flight service, including responsible handling of alcohol, catering service and careful loading and stowing of baggage.
- Clean, organize and stock the cabin before each trip.
- Carry out aircraft preparation and physical operating tasks, including loading and unloading bags, thorough pre-flight and post-flight work, assisting with snow and ice removal, installing and removing engine covers, and daily aircraft cleaning as required.
- Manage the operational, passenger service and administrative responsibilities of the assignment and undertake additional duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Applicants must hold a valid EASA ATPL and be enrolled as Commander in the Italian official register of pilots. Required experience is at least 3,000 hours total flight time and 500 hours multi-pilot instrument time. Candidates must hold a valid ME-IR (A) on their EASA licence, an MCC Certificate or MP Rating on their EASA licence, and an Advanced UPRT qualification or have completed training and checking within the preceding three years under ORO.FC.220 or ORO.FC.230 of Annex III (Part-ORO) to Regulation (EU) No 965/2012. A valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate, valid EU passport, English Language Proficiency Level 5 or higher, professional proficiency in Italian, the legal right to work in Europe and the ability to travel freely to all Sirio destinations are mandatory. Candidates must be willing to be based in Treviso, work weekends, holidays, nights, shifts and overnight assignments, successfully complete Initial Training including a type rating on the assigned fleet, and pass required background screening. The role requires working knowledge of applicable EASA regulations, commitment to regulatory compliance, the ability to manage operational, passenger service and administrative responsibilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency with email, document creation and web-based applications, attention to detail, sound judgment, teamwork and a professional appearance and demeanor. A Challenger 605 type rating, bachelor's degree, previous Commercial Air Transport experience and previous Corporate Aviation experience are preferred but not required.
