About This Role
CAE is hiring a non-rated Simulator Instructor/Ground School Instructor for its growing Business Aviation Training business in Singapore on the Gulfstream program. Reporting to the Training Manager, the successful candidate will deliver client flight and ground training through classroom systems instruction, performance ground school, and simulator-based pilot training, while building pilot confidence and mastery and maintaining personal instructional skills. The role also covers quality and compliance oversight, pre-flight and post-flight briefings, accurate training records, curriculum and courseware improvement, pursuit of additional instructor qualifications, and assistance to the Lead Instructor in a flexible 24/7 operational environment. Duties & Responsibilities
- Build pilot confidence and skill through high-quality training delivery.
- Deliver client training in accordance with approved qualifications, including classroom systems instruction, performance ground school, and simulator-based pilot training.
- Ensure training meets established quality standards and program requirements, monitor and maintain compliance with all applicable authorizations, certifications, and qualifications, and conduct high-quality pre-flight and post-flight briefings.
- Complete all required training records, documentation, and electronic records accurately and on time.
- Support continuous improvement by recommending curriculum and courseware enhancements, work toward additional instructor qualifications required by the program, assist the Lead Instructor with assigned responsibilities, and perform other duties assigned by the Training Manager.

Requirements
- Minimum qualifications include holding or having previously held an Air Transport License (ATP) or equivalent aviation certification
- holding or having previously held a relevant aircraft type rating with operational experience, or an equivalent
- at least 1,500 hours of multi-pilot flight time
- previous instructional or training delivery experience
- and aviation training or flight-operations experience acceptable to applicable regulatory authorities. Candidates must also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written communication
- proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word
- the ability to maintain records and documentation accurately
- the ability to work flexible schedules in a 24/7 operational environment
- adaptability to changing priorities and operational requirements
- and a customer-focused approach to training delivery and service. Preferred qualifications include FAA-issued licenses, certificates, or qualifications
- simulator-based pilot-training experience
- experience supporting curriculum development, courseware improvement, or training-program enhancement
- additional instructor qualifications relevant to business aviation training
- and demonstrated process-improvement experience.
