About This Role
CAE is seeking an instructor pilot in Singapore to deliver classroom ground school and in-simulator pilot training. The instructor develops pilots’ confidence, technical skill, and operational readiness through simulator sessions, systems and performance instruction, and thorough pre-flight and post-flight briefings. The role also supports training quality, regulatory compliance, curriculum improvement, accurate training records, and the continued development of instructor qualifications in a fast-paced 24/7 training environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver client training to the required quality and qualification standards, including classroom systems instruction, performance ground school, and in-simulator pilot training.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable authorizations and qualifications, pursue additional instructor qualifications as required by the program, and conduct high-quality pre-flight and post-flight briefings.
- Recommend curriculum and courseware changes that improve the client experience, assist the Lead when requested, and ensure that all paper and electronic records are completed accurately and promptly.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Training Manager.

Requirements
- Candidates must hold or have held an Air Transport License or certificate, or an equivalent credential
- an FAA credential is preferred. They must also hold or have held the relevant type rating with operational experience and have at least 1,500 hours of total multi-pilot time. Previous instructor experience and an aviation training and operations career acceptable to the relevant regulatory authorities are required. The role calls for excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
