CAE is seeking Simulator Flight Instructors for their Milan Training Centre to provide A320 synthetic flight training to commercial pilots. Requires EASA SFI certificate with A320 type rating and instructional experience. Must have EU work rights or passport.
Requirements
- EASA SFI (Synthetic Flight Instructor) certificate with A320 Type Rating
- EU Passport or right to live and work within the EU
- Excellent English proficiency (ICAO Level 4 or higher for international student interaction)
- Strong background in flight training and instruction
- Excellent communication and client focus skills
- Proficiency with MS Office for record-keeping and administration
- Ability to work with diverse nationalities and adapt to different learning styles
- Attention to detail and accurate record maintenance
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Previous A320 instructional experience as Line Training Captain, TRI, or TRE (desirable)
- Existing A320 instructor qualification or rating issued by Regulatory Authority (desirable)
- Flight instructor certificate (desirable)
- Ideally based in Milan or EU-based (desirable)
