Sault College is seeking a Sessional Flight Instructor to provide flight and ground instruction from ab initio to multi-engine instrument rating level. The role involves managing student records and requires strong communication and leadership skills. Requirements
- Aviation College Diploma or aviation related University Degree or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum valid Class III Instructor Rating
- Familiarity with all required subjects and Transport Canada flight test guides and CARs as they relate to Private, Commercial, Multi-Engine and Instrument training
- Be in good standing with Transport Canada
- Classroom teaching experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, presentation skills
- Strong commitment to academic excellence and student success
- Knowledge of Office 365, Outlook, Word and Excel would be desirable
- Be prepared to demonstrate flying and communication skills at the interview
