About This Role
Nile Air is seeking experienced First Officers for their A320/A321 fleet based in Cairo, Egypt. The airline operates scheduled services across the Middle East, North Africa, and Europe. This is a fast-track command opportunity for First Officers with minimum 3700 total flight hours and 500 hours on A320 type (for accelerated advancement to Captain). Candidates must hold a valid ATPL with A320 type rating, approved Class 1 Medical, and ICAO English Level 4 proficiency. The position prioritizes safety excellence and multi-crew operations experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate A320/A321 aircraft on scheduled routes
- Lead multi-crew operations as First Officer
- Conduct pre-flight inspections and crew briefings
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations
- Manage aircraft systems and procedures during flight operations
- Maintain exceptional passenger service standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3700 hours total flight time (excluding P3, rotary, and single/multi-engine piston aircraft)
- Minimum 500 hours total time on A320 type
- Last flight on A320 within the past 12 months
- Maximum 40 years of age for First Officers
- Valid A320 type rating
- Valid ATPL license
- Approved Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4
- Final exemption or release from military service
- Minimum high school education or higher
- Proven track record in multi-crew environments
- Commitment to safety and passenger service excellence
