About This Role
Marabu Airlines is recruiting experienced Senior Cabin Crew / Pursers for its expanding Airbus A320neo operation at the new Frankfurt base. The role leads and mentors cabin crew, supports safe and compliant cabin operations, oversees passenger service and onboard sales, and coordinates with colleagues and flight deck crew. Candidates need current Senior Cabin Crew experience on Airbus aircraft, an EASA Cabin Crew Attestation, English fluency, German work authorization, and the listed medical, swimming, background, education, and base-access requirements. The permanent full-time position offers 35 calendar days of annual vacation, a birthday-month day off, staff travel discounts, paid training from day one, and a free first uniform.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor cabin crew members while maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence.
- Provide warm, professional hospitality and support passenger comfort throughout the flight.
- Conduct safety checks, demonstrate emergency procedures, and ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
- Oversee and support onboard sales while promoting products that enhance the passenger experience.
- Coordinate closely with colleagues and flight deck crew to deliver smooth, efficient, and safe cabin operations.
Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old and at least 158 cm tall, have completed secondary education, hold a valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation, and have the right to live and work in Germany and the EU. Fluency in written and spoken English is required
- all levels of German are welcomed, and willingness to improve German over time is encouraged. Candidates must hold a valid aeromedical certificate, be able to swim unassisted, have at least 1 year of current experience as Senior Cabin Crew on Airbus aircraft, and have no criminal record. They must also be able to reach the airport of their home base station within 60 minutes at any time.
