About This Role
Aviation Advisor is seeking an experienced Learjet 45XR Second in Command (SIC) pilot to join their Part 91/135 operation based in the Milwaukee/Chicago area. The role requires a minimum of 1,500 total flight hours with 150 hours of multi-engine experience and a valid ATP license. As SIC, you will ensure regulatory compliance, maintain the highest safety and service standards, and supervise crew operations while maintaining professionalism with passengers. Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as Second in Command (SIC) on Learjet 45XR aircraft
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and foreign regulations
- Conduct preflight inspections and review flight plans
- Study weather conditions for destinations, en route, and alternate airports
- Prepare and review weight and balance, fuel burn, and aircraft performance calculations
- Supervise first officer and coordinate crew operations
- Make decisions related to flight start, delay, cancellation, or route deviations
- Ensure aircraft is well-maintained and provisioned for passenger safety and comfort
- Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklists
- Remain available to crew and departmental staff during duty hours
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills and professionalism to passengers
- Work nonstandard schedules including weekends and holidays

Requirements
- Valid ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot) license with Multi-Engine Land rating
- Minimum 1,500 total flight hours
- Minimum 150 hours of multi-engine time
- Current First Class Medical Certificate
- Proficient in radiotelephone communications
- Ability to pass drug tests and TSA background screening
- Valid passport and driver's license
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Reside within two-hour personal commute time from KARR
- Obtain ID badge and ramp driving privileges
- Proficiency in business software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
