Ryanair is recruiting Cabin Crew members for their Buzz brand based in Wroclaw, Poland. As Europe's largest airline group, Ryanair operates 90+ bases across the continent and welcomes candidates with no prior cabin crew experience. The role offers a competitive starting salary of €23,600 annually with unlimited discounted travel, a fixed 5-on/3-off roster, and world-class free training. Candidates must be between 157-188cm tall, able to swim 25 meters, fluent in English, and hold unrestricted work rights in Poland and the EU.

Requirements
- Minimum height 157cm (5'2")
- Maximum height 188cm (6'2")
- Able to swim 25 meters unaided
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Unrestricted right to live and work in Poland
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU
- Ability to travel freely to all Ryanair network destinations
- Enthusiasm and can-do attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexible and adaptable to shift roster work
- Comfortable with early shifts (from 5:00 AM) and late finishes (until midnight)
- Hardworking, friendly, and outgoing personality
- Pass English proficiency assessment
- Pass situational judgement test
