About This Role
Regional Chief Pilot for Executive Jet Management (a NetJets subsidiary), a Part 91/135 private aviation operator. A senior leadership / required management position under 14 CFR Part 119.69 overseeing flight standards, operational control, safety and the pilot population for the Southeast (FL) region. Position requires living in the state of FL.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Reviews, incorporates and ensures compliance with all regulations and specifications applicable to the safe and efficient operation of the Flight Department. Has operational control in accordance with 14CFR135.77 as designated by the Director of Operations
- acts as the final authority for operational control of the aircraft. Responsible for safety of flights. Acts as the primary pilot contact for Owner issues. Manages employee performance and career development of pilots, flight attendants and administrative positions. Assists the Director of Operations in developing, coordinating and enforcing operational policies, procedures and training matters.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's in Aviation Management or related field. Certifications and Licenses: FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP). Years of Experience: 10+ years of experience. KSAOs: Airline Transport Pilot rating
- PIC experience with a minimum of 3500 hours. Must meet the Management Personnel requirements of FAR 119.69 & 119.71 in addition to the appropriate currency and proficiency requirements of FAR 135/91 and/or equivalent military experience. Strong prioritizing and organizational skills

- previous Check Airman experience.
