About This Role
StarFlyer is recruiting approximately 15 mid-career Cabin Crew members for permanent, open-ended employment, with a planned start date of 1 December 2026 and a work location at Kitakyushu Airport or Haneda Airport; training is conducted at Kitakyushu Airport facilities. The role covers cabin crew and associated duties on a shift-based, variable-hours schedule averaging no more than 40 hours per week, including possible overtime and the early, late, weekend, public-holiday, year-end/New Year and overnight working conditions stated in the posting. Monthly pay is JPY 249,000, with flight-duty pay after qualification and additional commuting, overtime, night-work and other allowances; the package also includes annual pay review, possible summer and winter bonuses, 121 annual holidays, leave programs, comprehensive social insurance, discounted flights and other welfare programs. Applicants must meet the stated higher-education completion conditions and schedule flexibility requirements; TOEIC 600 or above in English is desirable, while Chinese or Korean ability is an advantage.
