About This Role
Airbus Canada Limited Partnership is hiring a Production Flight Test Pilot for the A220 commercial aircraft Programme at its Flight & Integration Test Center in Mirabel, Quebec. The pilot will join the Flight Test Crew to prepare and execute production flight tests before customer deliveries, working autonomously and collaboratively across departments while promoting safety, communication and collective learning. This is a permanent professional role with worldwide business travel and possible weekend or holiday on-call duty.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Promote safety and ensure a high level of safety throughout test execution.
- Prepare and execute production flight tests before aircraft deliveries to customers.
- Work collaboratively within and outside the Flight Test department, including with production, quality and design-office teams, and maintain effective communication internally and externally to the department.

Requirements
- Applicants should be production flight test pilots holding a pilot test rating 2 (CAT 2), with a minimum of 1,500 flight test hours and at least five years of experience in production flight testing on Part 25 aircraft.
- The role requires worldwide business travel and may involve on-call duties during weekends and holiday periods.
