About This Role

Omega Air Refueling accepts pilot applications on a rolling basis for its aerial-refueling team. The pilot position requires experience in B-707/KC-135 and/or KC-10/DC-10 aircraft, 2,000 hours of total multi-engine land time, a Commercial Pilot License with Instrument rating, specified type rating(s), 1,000 hours of MEL PIC time, an FAA Second Class Medical, and eligibility for a current Secret-level security clearance. Three thousand total hours, in-type MEL PIC time, and heavy-aircraft flight time within the last 12 months are preferred. Pilots may live anywhere in the United States, are initially hired as First Officers, and may upgrade to Captain well within their first year based on background and experience. Year-one compensation includes a $107,000 annual base salary plus up to $24,000 in variable compensation.
