Clay Lacy Aviation seeks an experienced Lead Captain for their Falcon 900 EASy based in Northeast/South Florida, within two hours of KPBI, KBED, or KTEB. As a boutique business aviation operator, Clay Lacy combines innovation and exceptional service in private aviation. This full-time position requires an ATP with current Falcon 900 EASy type rating and First Class Medical, with proven command experience. The role combines flight operations with leadership responsibilities including crew management, training coordination, and account liaison duties. The competitive compensation package includes $330,000-$350,000 annually with fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Requirements
- Valid ATP (Airline Transport Pilot) certificate
- Falcon 900 EASy type rating required
- First Class Medical Certificate (current and valid)
- Valid and unexpired driver's license
- Valid and unexpired passport
- FAA Part 91 and/or Part 135 compliance requirements
- Reside within 2-hour drivable commuting distance to KPBI, KBED, or KTEB
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Proven command experience on Falcon 900 EASy
- Full-time position only (no contract positions)
- Current with all flight requirements
