About This Role
Waltzing Matilda Aviation (WMA) is seeking an experienced Pilot in Command for Phenom 300 operations under FAR Part 135 based in Bedford, Massachusetts. WMA is a professional FAA-licensed Part 135 charter operator with over 15 years of safe flying operations in the Boston area, utilizing the latest technology and prioritizing safety in all operations. Candidates must have a minimum of 3000 total flight hours, 500 hours turbine time, 100 hours turbine PIC time, and 250 hours on the Phenom 300, plus a valid FAA ATP license and First Class Medical. Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate Phenom 300 aircraft under FAR Part 135 charter operations
- Serve as Pilot in Command responsible for safe operation of aircraft
- Conduct pre-flight inspections and crew briefings
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standard operating procedures
- Execute company SOPs and safety protocols
- Perform other duties as assigned related to safe aircraft operation
- Maintain safety and reliability standards

Requirements
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with Multi-Engine Land rating
- EMB-505 (Phenom 300) type rating
- Minimum 3000 hours total documented flight time
- Minimum 500 hours turbine time
- Minimum 100 hours turbine PIC time
- Minimum 250 hours on EMB-505
- Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
- Current instrument proficiency check, line check, and route check
- FCC Radiotelephone Operator's Permit
- Minimum 23 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Part 135 experience required
- Must pass 10-year background check
- Must pass FAA Drug and Alcohol Program testing
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to travel in/out of the United States without restriction
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
- College degree preferred
- International experience preferred
