Gold Aviation is seeking an experienced Phenom 300 Pilot in Command to join their team. This role requires exceptional leadership and decision-making skills for safe and efficient aircraft operations. The company offers competitive benefits and is willing to type-rate the right candidate.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2,500 hours of total flight time
  • Minimum 1,000 hours operating a turbine-powered aircraft
  • Minimum 1,000 hours as pilot in command
  • Minimum 2,000 hours operating a fixed-wing aircraft
  • Hold appropriate type rating for the Phenom 300 EMB-505 (Gold Aviation is willing to type the right candidate)
  • Must hold a valid FAA ATP certificate with multi-engine rating
  • Must hold a valid FAA First Class Medical certificate
  • Must hold a valid FCC Restricted Radio Operator’s Permit
  • Associate degree preferred but not required
  • Knowledge and adherence to FAA regulations and Gold Aviation’s operational policies
  • Experience flying internationally and familiarity with international flight operations, including knowledge of international regulations and procedures
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Must possess a valid passport and have the ability to travel internationally without restrictions
  • Must be able to work varying hours including day and night; weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be extremely flexible and have the ability to adjust to rapid changes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with passengers and crew
  • Capable of reading, writing, fluently speaking, and understanding the English language
  • Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols at all times
  • Demonstrated ability to make effective decisions under pressure and in varying operational conditions
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Focus on providing exceptional customer service to high-profile passengers and executives
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
  • Proficient in the use of aviation technology and navigation systems relevant to Gold Aviation’s aircraft
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues
