About This Role
Aviation Advisor, Inc. is seeking an experienced Pilot in Command (Captain) for Learjet 45XR operations based in Kenosha, Wisconsin, with flexibility for Chicago and Milwaukee bases. This is a full-time position operating under FAR Part 91 and 135, requiring the highest level of professionalism and safety standards. Candidates must hold a Multi-Engine Land ATPL with at least 3,000 total flight hours and 1,500 hours PIC experience. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Act as Pilot in Command (PIC) for Learjet 45 Series aircraft
  • Conduct preflight inspections and maintain aircraft readiness
  • Study weather conditions for destinations, en route, alternate airports, and departure points
  • Prepare and review flight plans
  • Calculate weight and balance, fuel burn, and aircraft performance
  • Supervise first officer for smooth and efficient operation
  • Coordinate functioning of all assigned crew members
  • Make decisions regarding flight start, delay, cancellation, or route deviation based on operating conditions
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and foreign regulations
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures outlined in the operations manual
  • Maintain availability to crew and departmental staff during duty hours through company communication channels
  • Work nonstandard schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Serve as company representative to passengers with highest professionalism
  • Ensure aircraft maintenance and passenger safety/comfort

Requirements
  • Multi-Engine Land Airline Transport Pilot (ATPL) license required
  • Current First Class Medical Certificate
  • Minimum 3,000 total flight hours
  • Minimum 1,500 hours PIC time
  • Minimum 200 hours multi-engine time
  • ATP written exam passed or ATP certificate held
  • Proficient in radiotelephony communications
  • Valid passport and driver's license
  • Ability to pass drug tests and TSA background screening
  • Obtain ID badge and ramp driving privileges
  • Reside within two-hour personal commute from Kenosha base (relocation consideration)
  • High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
