About This Role
Columbus Airline (Ukraine) is hiring a Pilot in Command for a Beechcraft King Air C90-A (Ukrainian registration) flying specialized commercial aerial-photography and laser-scanning missions in a single-pilot configuration. Operating regions: Eastern Europe, Caucasus, Central Asia. Seasonal contract, April–September.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform flights as PIC for aerial-photography and laser-scanning missions
- Monitor weather suitable for aerial-photography operations
- Prepare flight plans and applications; coordinate with air traffic management
- Help obtain CAA permits from various states for cross-border aerial-photography flights
- Complete medical examinations, theoretical training and simulator sessions on time
Requirements
- Part-FCL CPL(A) or ATPL(A) with current IR(A) / MEP(L) / ME-IR(A) ratings
- Type rating BE 90/99/100/200 (can be provided by the employer under a supplementary agreement)
- Class 1 Medical Certificate
- English proficiency at ICAO Level 4 or higher
- Minimum 700 total flight hours
- Minimum 400 hours as Pilot-in-Command (Part-FCL)
- Minimum 100 hours IFR
- Minimum 40 hours multi-engine
- Ability to analyze meteorological conditions for aerial-photography mission decisions
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian
