About This Role
Executive Jet Management is seeking a Gulfstream G700 Pilot in Command for a two-aircraft, ten-pilot account based at Opa-locka Executive Airport (KOPF) in Florida. The account operates approximately 825 hours annually under Part 91 and is supported by two dedicated maintenance technicians and two cabin attendants. The Captain has final responsibility for safe, compliant, and efficient aircraft operation while providing exceptional service to owners and passengers. Candidates must live or relocate within one hour of OPF because commuting is not permitted; an established schedule and rotation are available. Highly competitive candidates are already rated on the G700, although a G500/G600 type rating will be considered, and have extensive international flight experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The Captain holds final responsibility for operating the aircraft safely, compliantly, and efficiently. Responsibilities include ensuring crew and trip assignments comply with company and regulatory requirements
- completing flight planning, aircraft-performance, and weight-and-balance work
- leading Threats, Plans and Considerations briefings
- following company SOPs
- and coordinating with company personnel. The Captain serves as the Ground Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator, verifies aircraft maintenance status and mission capability, records discrepancies, monitors fueling, oil, oxygen, and other ground servicing, and delivers required passenger briefings. The role requires high-quality service to owners and passengers, accommodation of passengers with special needs, investigation and resolution of service deviations, collaboration with crew members and internal partners, and effective conflict resolution. During normal, abnormal, and emergency operations, the Captain uses Crew Resource Management and Threat and Error Management to communicate clearly and promptly. The Captain must also maintain all required training and recency, comply with the company safety management system, and report safety or compliance concerns through the appropriate channels.

Requirements
- Candidates must hold an FAA type rating applicable to the fleet, be able to perform the position's essential functions, and meet minimum experience thresholds of 3,500 hours total flight time, 1,500 hours of multi-engine land time, 2,000 hours as Pilot in Command, 500 hours as PIC in multi-engine land aircraft, 300 hours of instrument time, and 500 hours of jet time. Prior corporate or business aviation experience is preferred. Highly competitive candidates are already G700 type rated, although a G500/G600 type rating will be considered, and have extensive international flight experience.
