About This Role
Executive Jet Management (an EJM/NetJets, Berkshire Hathaway company) is hiring a Pilot in Command for a Global 7500 based at Teterboro, NJ (TEB). It is a five-pilot account supported by a dedicated maintenance technician, flying about 450 hours per year under Part 91 and 135, with up to 80% international flying. Preference is for candidates living within two hours of TEB; commuting is permitted for those residing within one hour of a major airport in the eastern U.S.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as Pilot in Command with final responsibility for safe, compliant, and efficient operation of each flight. Ensure crewing and trip assignments meet company and regulatory requirements
- complete flight planning, performance, and weight-and-balance tasks
- lead Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) briefings and apply Crew Resource Management and Threat and Error Management. Act as Ground and In-Flight Security Coordinator, complete all pre-flight and aircraft status checks, record discrepancies per SOPs, monitor ground servicing, and deliver passenger briefings. Provide an exceptional service experience to owners and passengers, resolve service deviations, and maintain regulatory and company training, recency, and SMS compliance.

Requirements
- Prior experience in corporate/business aviation preferred.
- FAA type rating in the Global 7500 or a similar aircraft size/type.
- Minimum time requirements: 3,500 hours total flight time, 1,500 hours Multi-Engine Land, 2,000 hours pilot in command, 500 hours PIC Multi-Engine Land, 300 hours instrument, and 500 hours jet.
