About This Role
Jet Linx Aviation is hiring a Pilot in Command (Captain) for its Dassault Falcon 900EX heavy jet, flying Part 91 and Part 135 operations. This is a full-time, commutable US-based position; candidates must live within, or be willing to relocate to within, a two-hour call-out time of their assigned home base. The PIC reports to the Base Chief Pilot and is responsible for preparing and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in accordance with the Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare for and ensure the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in compliance with the Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures.
- Manage duty, flight and rest times to the requirements of both the company and the CFRs.
- Maintain communication with the company for standby duty assignments, trip notifications, position calls, and pre- and post-flight reports.
- Maintain and manage electronic flight bag (EFB) hardware and applications, and keep navigation charts, publications and company manuals current.
- Hold a current first-class medical certificate, demonstrate strong proactive decision-making, and uphold Jet Linx's core values in all interactions.
- Most work is performed in and around aircraft and aircraft terminals and includes moving up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.

Requirements
- Minimum flight experience: 3,500 hours total time
- 2,000 hours total PIC
- 250 hours total time in type
- 250 hours total PIC time in type
- 1,500 hours total multi-engine
- 500 hours multi-engine PIC
- 500 hours total turbine
- and 300 hours total instrument. Candidates must hold, or have the ability to obtain, an FAA Airline Transport Pilot certificate, and must hold a first-class medical certificate and an FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit. Initial or recurrent Part 142 training in type within the last 24 months is preferred. Additional requirements include the ability to obtain a US driver's license, proof of eligibility to work in the US, a current passport, unrestricted ability to travel to all EU, Canada and Caribbean countries, and the ability to release and pass an FAA Pilot Records Database review with a System Chief Pilot. Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screen and submit to random drug/alcohol testing for safety-sensitive functions. A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required, along with the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays and to relocate within a two-hour call-out time of the home base.
