About This Role
ONEOK Services Company LLC is hiring a Tulsa-based Co-Captain for its company flight operation. The role collaborates with the Captain and serves as Second in Command and Pilot in Command for all flights, providing safe, efficient and timely air transportation for company employees, representatives and their associates. Responsibilities span FAA and company-policy compliance, aircraft and flight preparation, weather and operational decision-making, FBO and fueling coordination, passenger travel arrangements and exemplary customer service. This is a non-commutable position with travel that may include days, nights, weekdays, weekends and overnight periods.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Captain on each flight to provide safe, efficient and timely air transportation for company employees, representatives and associates.
- Serve as both Second in Command and Pilot in Command for all flights and related competencies.
- Verify that the aircraft complies with Federal Aviation Administration regulations and follow all company policies and procedures.
- Before each flight, ensure that preflight inspections are complete, aircraft databases are current, and weight and balance, fuel on board and aircraft performance have been reviewed.
- Coordinate aircraft handling and fueling with Fixed Based Operators under the Captain's supervision.
- Prepare flight plans and evaluate destination and en-route weather to support optimum safety.
- Make competent, well-informed decisions about whether to proceed as planned, divert, delay or cancel a flight.
- Keep the aircraft prepared for flight, clean and stocked with provisions needed for passenger safety and comfort.
- Provide exemplary customer service and coordinate passenger travel needs, including catering and ground transportation.
Requirements
- The pilot must have logged at least 2,000 flight hours, including 500 hours in multi-engine turbine aircraft, and must meet all currency requirements for instrument flight time and night landings. The required credential is a Commercial Multi-Engine certificate, with the ability to obtain an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate

The pilot must be able to maintain a First Class FAA medical certificate and hold a passport with the ability to travel to Canada. Candidates must communicate effectively with flight-department personnel, company employees, associates and Air Traffic Control, think quickly and make decisions in difficult situations, and remain calm under pressure. The position is non-commutable and requires travel that may include days, nights, weekdays, weekends and overnight periods. Depending on assigned tasks, the employee may be assigned a company vehicle and must have the applicable driver's license. The physical profile is Medium Work, involving occasional force of 20 to 50 pounds, frequent force of 10 to 25 pounds, and constant force greater than negligible and up to 10 pounds.
