About This Role
Chartright Air Group is seeking a Citation X Captain for operations based in Mississauga and Toronto. The Captain will operate as part of a dedicated three-pilot crew, ensuring safe flight operations, coordinating with Flight Coordination and Sales, supporting reserve-day activities, delivering exceptional client service, and completing recurring training.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as Captain on the Citation X in Toronto as part of a dedicated three-pilot crew and ensure every flight is conducted safely.
- Support daily operational activities on reserve days, liaise with Chartright’s Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to meet operational and service requirements, foster collaboration and continuous improvement among colleagues, provide direct customer service to clients, and complete monthly training courses and other assigned duties.

Requirements
- Applicants must hold a Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or valid IATRA, Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR privileges, a valid Transport Canada Medical, and a Canadian Radio Telephone License.
- The role requires at least 4,000 hours of total flight time, 1,000 multi-engine PIC hours, and 1,000 jet PIC hours.
- Previous international flying experience, including Europe and South America, is required.
- Candidates should also have international operational experience, hands-on familiarity with flight management systems and glass cockpits, knowledge of weather, airport performance, flight planning, fuel planning, weight and balance, Canadian Aviation Regulations and SMS practices, the ability to lift up to 60 lb, strong communication and relationship-building skills, excellent client-service and organizational abilities, and flexibility to support client needs.
- A CL64-series type rating and previous time on type are assets or preferred experience.
