About This Role
Chartright Air Group is seeking a Challenger 650 Captain for its Toronto/YYZ operation. The Captain will work as part of a dedicated three-pilot crew, ensuring safe flight operations while supporting reserve-day activities, coordinating with the Flight Coordination Centre and Sales, and delivering exceptional service to private-jet clients. The role requires substantial Canadian business-aviation experience, including 4,000 total flight hours, 1,000 multi-engine PIC hours, 1,000 jet PIC hours, international flying, and previous international experience in Europe and South America.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as Captain on the Challenger 650 in Toronto as part of a dedicated three-pilot crew and ensure every flight is conducted safely.
- Support daily operational activities during available reserve days and liaise with Chartright's Flight Coordination Centre and Sales teams so that operational and service requirements are delivered.
- Promote collaboration by encouraging colleagues to share ideas, improvements, and solutions.
- Provide direct customer service that contributes to an exceptional client experience, complete monthly training courses, and perform other duties required by the operation.

Requirements
- Applicants must hold a Canadian Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) or valid IATRA, Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR privileges, a valid Transport Canada Medical, and a Canadian Radio Telephone Licence.
- The position requires a minimum of 4,000 total flight hours, 1,000 multi-engine PIC hours, and 1,000 jet PIC hours.
- Candidates must be able to lift up to 60 pounds, have international flying experience including Europe and South America, and demonstrate hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits.
- The role also calls for strong knowledge of aviation weather, airport performance, flight-plan calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance, Canadian Aviation Regulations, and SMS safety practices, together with strong collaboration, communication, client-service, organization, prioritization, and scheduling skills.
- A CL64-series type rating is an asset, and previous time on type is preferred.
