About This Role
Chartright Air Group is seeking a Challenger 350 Captain based at Moncton/YQM in Dieppe, New Brunswick. The role is responsible for operating the aircraft safely, supporting daily operations on reserve days, coordinating with the Flight Coordination Centre and Sales teams, delivering excellent client service, and completing monthly training. The position is part of Chartright's private jet charter and aircraft management operation, where collaboration, operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement are central to the work.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as Captain on the Challenger 350 aircraft based at Moncton/YQM and ensure that flights are conducted safely.
- Support daily operational activities during available reserve days, and liaise with Chartright's Flight Coordination Centre and Sales teams so that operational and service requirements are delivered.
- Foster collaboration and an environment where colleagues can share ideas, improvements, and solutions.
- Provide direct customer service that contributes to an exceptional client experience, complete monthly training courses, and perform other assigned duties as required.

Requirements
- Applicants must hold a Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License or a Commercial Pilot License with IATRA, along with Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR, a valid Transport Canada Medical, and a Canadian Radio Telephone License.
- The stated minimum experience is 3,000 hours total flight time, 1,000 hours of PIC time in a multi-engine aircraft, and 500 hours of jet PIC time.
- A university degree or college diploma in Aviation is preferred.
- The role also requires the ability to lift up to 60 lb, hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits, and strong knowledge of aviation weather, airport performance, flight-plan calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance, Canadian Aviation Regulations, and SMS safety practices.
